Tracy Steele
Tracy Steele is CEO of The STAND Foundation, Inc. and is the Arkansas Senate Majority Leader. He earned a degree in political science from Rice University in Houston and is the former executive director of the Arkansas Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission in Little Rock. Steele also worked as a special assistant for Governors Bill Clinton Jim Guy Tucker.
Ed Coleman
Ed Coleman works as the program coordinator and is an Americorps*VISTA volunteer. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Philander Smith College and a master’s from the University of Central Arkansas. Coleman has over 42 years of experience working in various areas of federal and local government and community-based organizations.
Kimberly King Davis
Kimberly King is the communications manager for The STAND Foundation and serves as an Americorps* VISTA volunteer. She has a bachelor of arts in English from the University of Central Arkansas and several years of experience in grant writing.
Rev. Kerry Woolfolk
Rev. Kerry Woolfolk is the outreach coordinator for the foundation and serves as a VISTA volunteer. Woolfolk is a youth minister seeking a bachelor's in religious studies and business at Arkansas Baptist College.
DeLisa Shaw
DeLisa Shaw is the office manager for the foundation. Shaw is a student at Pulaski Technical College and the Americorps *VISTA Supervisor.

Tony Williams is the president and CEO of the Arkansas Student Loan Authority in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also a member of the Education Finance Council, a trade association for non-profit student loan organizations. Williams is president of the board of directors for The STAND Foundation.
Levi Thomas serves as president and CEO of United Family Services, Inc. with locations in Pine Bluff and Little Rock. He founded the organization 15 years ago to address needs in the juvenile justice system and provides services to 26 counties in Arkansas. Thomas is vice president of the foundation board.

Kasey L. Summerville of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, has served as the Clark County Assessor since 2003, making her first African American elected to a countywide office in Clark County. She is the treasurer for The STAND Foundation.
